MY8 is a structured supplement system from Austria, developed to make daily health routines easier and more consistent to implement.
The idea behind MY8 originated from a personal challenge that almost everyone knows: full of motivation, the kitchen cabinet fills up with more and more capsules and jars. For every need, there seems to be a separate pill. But in the stressful everyday life, the routine gets lost – not because of a lack of will, but because the capsule chaos simply becomes too complex.
Precisely from this, MY8 emerged. Not as another ordinary food supplement, but as a system that relieves rather than demanding additional time.
Yvonne Völk has always been intensively involved with health, nutrition, and micronutrients. And yet, a few years ago, she suddenly didn't feel like herself anymore: her skin was dry, her hair looked lifeless, and she lacked energy – in hindsight, the first signs of menopause.
When Yvonne Völk one day placed her collected jars on her doctor's table, she realized what really matters: not the quantity of individual products, but the right quality, selection, and combination of raw materials.
However, the daily routine with countless capsules was not permanently practical for her. This led to a simple, yet crucial question: "Why aren't all these nutrients available simply in a single product?"
From this question, MY8 Greens was born. The result is far more than a simple combination – it is a consciously developed system of 52 ingredients in just a single spoon.
The name connects the founder's personal vision with a universal law of nature. The "MY" stands for the personal journey and for MYHERO – the return to one's own well-being.
The number "8" symbolically represents the horizontal eight – the sign for infinity, continuity, and long-term routines. Health is not created by short-term diets or individual measures, but by daily decisions that are consistently implemented over a long period. MY8 breaks down this complexity:
For Yvonne Völk, it was crucial from the beginning to be able to precisely track what people consume daily and where the raw materials come from. That's why MY8 is developed and produced in Austria.
Short distances, personal contacts, and the strictest laboratory-tested quality standards enable seamless control of all processes. This effort is a conscious choice. Because trust is not built through marketing, but through transparency and consistent quality.
MY8 is based on the deep conviction that health should not be a short-term phase, but a natural part of daily life. Because your own body is the only home you can never change.
From formulation to bottling – everything under one roof. For short transport routes, transparent processes, and seamless quality control.
No fillers, no added sugar, no gluten. Free from artificial flavors and allergens. Only carefully selected ingredients that your body truly needs.
Certified production according to the highest guidelines (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000:2018). Every single batch is strictly controlled for uncompromising safety.
We often send out our newsletter with news and great offers. We will never disclose your data to third parties, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
We usually sell all copies of the magazines offered in our shop. Some publishers and distributors offer the retailer the option of returning any unsold magazines. However, because our range includes magazines from countries such as Australia, the USA and the United Kingdom, sending them back would involve considerable logistical effort and would also be very expensive. We therefore choose not to return any unsold magazines. At the same time, this allows us to also offer our customers older or out-of-print magazines.
