Take 2 tablets daily with plenty of liquid (at least 250 ml of water) – in the evening before going to bed or directly after exercise. This amount provides you with 402 mg of magnesium, covering 108% of the daily requirement (NRV)1.
In case of increased demand – for example, during intense exercise, stressful periods, or special strain – the intake can be adjusted to up to 3 tablets daily after consulting a doctor.
